In Windows Defender, when you run it, a notification appears stating that it is an unwanted item, and before in previous versions it did not appear. Is this still safe?

from what i know its undetected BUT theres a error called "failed to load (1)" if you load it, you probably going to get that issue

Will there be a kill aura added? I haven't seen such a feature in the last couple of versions. It's inconvenient with a vacuum.
