Hello I'm from asia and using Asia server. Yes you could get ban from using auto pickup if custom range is set to higher value. But if you want custom range, I recommend 15 value and you well never get ban again.

you should be fine if you play from America or Europe servers.

but for Asia servers (especially China and TH Servers), be careful fo not too used cheat often
