I have used the cheat for a total of 5 days, and I have not been banned (so far).
The cheats I have used are these:
-Infinite stamina (always activated)
-Auto loot [150ms] (always activated)
-Auto Open Chest (always activated)
-Dialogo [Auto|Fast] (always enabled)
-No fog (always activated)
-Auto fish (always activated)
-No clip (almost always)
WARNING I have created a separate account to use them, if I am not banned in at least 1 or 2 months, I will use it in the main account (AR 58).
The No clip tends to fail many times, causing you to leave the map (even making the game unplayable). I recommend playing it on a medium of 15 to 30-40 speed.
I don't know English, I use a translator, I just wanted to give my opinion.

Attack Multiplier could trigger the ban hammer if you set it to high, 1-10 is really safe, auto loot below 150ms is not safe, teleporting 50+ times below 10 minutes also trigger the ban as well.

        so i think the reason for my last ban was not the abyss but the autoloot in 20ms, thanks i'll do the abyss tomorrow to guarantee the gems for kazuha.

      Smart and using common sense, if you think your acc cant do high floor abyss then dont do it, but if you sure your acc is meeting the requirements then you can do it.
      mob vacuum until enemies grouped and then turn off > kill aura to half all enemy HP and turn it off > then i proceed to do the rest manually ( skills cd 0.5 )
      just dont do anything to fast, and enable high risk feature ( like destroy shield as example ) for a few sec, i always set my value 300-500ms for any range type like kill aura/auto loot and still safe until now.

I've been using this for over a month lol (I also used other cheeto before this one) and never got banned.
I'm using
1) godmode(sometimes)
2) inf stamina
3) auto talk
4) aura kill
5) esp
Avoid using auto loot! (there have been lots of disccusions about this on cheeto discord)

Guys From what i think gets you banned
The DMG multiplier 100%
even if you use it only and even if you use it once
I made 3 accounts tried different tests on them
1 of them only used the multiplier and got banned within 2 days
so i suggest not using it sadly we will need it in spiral abyss but yea we can't now
Btw TP and ESP AUTO LOOT are safe rn 18 days tried it with an account that went from level 1 up to level 37 and not banned

  i use this cheat in 4 days,
  in 2 days i use for my second account and it's works, then the third days i use my main account and my firend account for spirall abyss and it's ok, this is my four days i still can play with my account and second account, and my friend account
  cheat i use :
  god mode, inf. stamina (normal), no cd(reduse|sprint), no clip, multi-hit (x60), multi-target, auto loot, auto open chest, tree farm, destroy mine, dialog auto+fast, esp.
  
  edit : my second account got banned until (11-06-2022) next month
  
  info : i think after use the cheat you must go online with the original genshin for remove the history. " I THINK "

I did not use the God Mode or Rapid Fire option and my account was banned
- I use Kill Aura and Dumb Enemies
- Infinite stamina
- ESP, Auto Loot, Open Chest, Auto Fishing
- Finish the abyss and teleport to Inazuma without unlocking it with the story (this may be why they banned me in less than 3 days)

- If the cheat doesn't show up when you ingame close MSI Afterburner then restart Genshin.

REMEMBER:
- No cheat is SAFE as long as you are not going to be BLATANT with GOD MODE or Instant Kill or TP. Nonetheless using those settings will cause you high risk of ban or maybe instantly ban cuz I already tested it on my alt account!

p/s: The Cheat working just fine, I've been playing almost 15days without getting ban. Safest options to use is ESP (Tested) and have fun!

  There isn't a cheat for games like genshin that doesn't have a risk of banning.
  
  This one seems like the safest as long as you don't use the god mode and rapid fire( which I saw on some other cheat being completely removed due to them triggering either an instaban or a ban after 3-4 days) however there is another one on this site that seems to also be safe if you want to give it a try... and I don't use noclip so I really wouldn't know if it does or doesn't give a ban.

UPDATE:
I made another account, because I wanted to test if the detection is because of the god mode/rapid fire(one hit).
In conclusion: yes, it is because of those two.(played 10 days now without being banned)
Possible solutions:
- using them once a week(not tested)
- not using them both at once(not tested)
-turning off every anti virus detection app on your pc( not tested, however I suggest doing this either way every time before starting the injector because my laptop, for example, detects the file as a virus and deletes it, THE FILE HOWEVER IS NOT A VIRUS)
-using kill Aura and dumb enemies instead
Auto loot, esp, teleportation, kill aura, infinite stamina and dumb enemies work just fine. However, while using dumb enemies, enemies, like the ruin hunter and ruin guard, if they are "sleeping" they won't wake up and the ruin hunter seems to get a glitch where the health bar doesn't show up and you can't kill them.
Have fun with the hack, be careful and pardon if the english is bad I haven't slept in 2 days and English is not my first language 😁 🥰 😚
