You must own the skin to change it. So it is basically useless for people who has not spent money on the game.

For anyone one of you asking, 'Why is it not working?' It is because it is NOT a skin changer, but a 'Inventory Manager' which allows you to change your skin in the middle of the game (Though you can only see it).
