  you just drop the cfg files into the csgo game folder.
  to get there go to csgo in your library, right click it, go to properties, local files, browse local files and then drop the cfg into that folder.

for the people saying that it isn't working:
1. Make sure you have the newest .dll and an undetected injector.
2. Drag client_panorama.dll from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\bin intoyour folder with the updater.
3. Run the updater.
4. Put client_panorama.dll back in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\bin
5. Run csgo and inject the cheat.

So ... i have a tips for you
So you can update the onetap every update CSGO ,
all you need is your offsets updater for onetap.su (if you don't have it , then download it from somewhere else)
1 Drag your client_panorama.dll From CSGO folder/csgo/bin and search client_panorama.dll Drag to your Offsets updater folder
2. Run Update.Bat
3 Wait for the offsets update ..
4 Copy the onetap.dll from offsets updater folder to your Csgo hack folder (or you can also drag it to the injector)
5 Inject !!
AND BOOOM your onetap.su is ready to use

Note: do this step every time CSGO update
