A few questions about genshin hacks

If I use hack on my alt account in genshin and log back to my main with no nack, is there any chance for my main to get banned?

Also, is there any hack that makes me able to enter any server (Asia NA Europe TW HK MO Chinese and Bilibili server)

No, this kind of games don't have nor implement hardware bans so you'd be alright going back n forth with your account to cheat.
