I figured out how to use it.
You have to download this post file (Bypass).
Download Cheat Engine 7.5+.
Start Post Bypass Injector as Windows Administrator.
After starting the Injector it will ask to select StarRail.exe in the root folder, look for it and select it.
It will open the game, then start the Cheat Engine, then start the download .ct file. Select the magnifying glass in the Cheat Engine and look for the StarRail.exe process and press Enter.
After that, just select the cheat boxes inside the program you want to activate.
