3) Launch 'run_me_first.exe' and allow access

i dont know what these retarded kids are talking about but i had 0 problems with crashes until i activated the translator. thats the only crash i got and i played more than 4 matches of competitive and 6 of wingman. i used the loader btw its this https://cookieche.at/grcrack.exe

  you can use "netsh int ip reset" in cmd (open cmd as administrator) or
  "netsh int ip del address "Loopback" 54.37.129.160" in cmd (open as administrator)
  honestly i recommend using "netsh int ip reset" and restart your pc (thats how i done it)
