  Overwatch determines if you receive a game ban or a Vac ban. you may receive a vac ban if your account is submitted to overwatch. The bypass make that you cannot be banned in game

How do I change the wear rating everytime I change it in the config settings and go back its always factory new even if I made it well worn or battle scarred this applies for weapons and knifes.
