How not to get banned?

To avoid being banned in the CS:GO use the VAC Bypass Loader to do this and you will be able to protect your account from being banned.

This is a very good hack, but in this update, i coudn't even download it, my antivirus detects virus in it, probably Xenos. but i can't even disable it. Can anybody help?

  If you can not deactivate the real-time protection of your antivirus, give permission to the trick file, add it to the list of excluded or admitted, I find it rare that it can not be deactivated, what antivirus do you use? You can also look in quarantine, click on restore the locked file, that should automatically add it to the list of allowed files!

  I had that problem but its very weird that when i changed my setting it dosent happend anymore?
  Maybe thats only for me but try changing your csgo settings and it might fix it

I'm using this cheat since 2 weak and i didnt recived any VAC. Use rigbot Injector and set cfg by yourself and dont download cfg from here.
