Forge is the only widely used 1.12.2 mod loader. and clients ARE mods. you put the .jar in your mods folder, unless of course its a standalone installer. in which you can only run one client and it will have its own version in the launcher. (Idc that this is like nearly half a year later)

Konas is actually shit, buy PyroClient or if dont want to, Phobos + wurstplus2 will do better
